OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Youth Elite Soccer (YES), our philosophy is simple yet profound: Develop the player – Empower the family – Elevate the game. We believe soccer is more than just a sport—it is a vehicle to shape character, unlock potential, and teach life lessons that go far beyond the field. Our commitment is to create an environment where young boys can grow into well-rounded athletes with strong values, sharp minds, and refined skills. Unlike programs that chase trophies at the expense of growth, our focus is clear: “We prioritize development over results.”
We don’t build good soccer players. We develop great young men.
At YES, every step—from drills to dialogue—is intentional. Every season is part of the journey. And every player is seen not just for who they are today, but for who they can become tomorrow.
Our Focus

Every training session, match, and team interaction is rooted in five foundational pillars:
- Growth Before Glory: Winning is celebrated, but development is required. We train our players to master the fundamentals, adapt tactically, and compete with integrity. We teach them how to win—by first, learning how to play the right way
- Local Roots, Global Standards: Based in Northwest Baltimore, we serve our community proudly while adopting training methods and coaching principles inspired by the world’s top academies. Our participation in the CMSA League allows families to enjoy elite-level development without the burden of long travel.
- Total Player Development: We address every component of the player—technical skill, tactical understanding, physical readiness, and mental resilience. Futsal in the winter, tournaments in the spring, league play in the fall—our calendar is built to grow year-round athletes.
- Community-Driven Scouting: As a Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) vendor, we connect directly with schools to identify raw talent early. Then, through trust-building with families, we guide young players into structured, meaningful development.
- Purposeful Competition: Our in-house tournaments—the Labor Day Kickoff, Spring Surge, and Memorial Day Cup—aren’t just showcases. They’re platforms for our boys to measure progress, gain confidence, and challenge themselves against top regional talent.
Target Audience
18 Months And Above
At YES Tots’ classes are organized by our coordinator in the form of age brackets with a maximum of 10 children of the same age group (their classmates or neighborhood friends). We provide experienced coaches who are passionate about soccer and the opportunity to introduce or train your children in the age-appropriate level of soccer best suited to them.

T4: (6&7 years)
Private Classes 1 vs. 1 skill and technic classes.
